Software without the subscription
Operations software built around how your business actually runs.
Tinbox Systems builds custom systems for operations-heavy businesses. Contractors moving dirt. Distributors moving pallets. The problems look different but the pattern is the same: the work lives in five places, somebody stitches it together by hand every week, and nobody can see the whole picture. We build the one system that replaces the five. Fixed fee. You own it.
What we build
Two lines of work
Construction
Job costing and operations for dirt-moving contractors
Jobs, cost codes, budget versus actual by scope, crew and equipment hours, tied into QuickBooks. Built and running daily at a Phoenix grading contractor.

Inventory control for distributors
TinboxIQ. Real time inventory, picking, and health metrics that show where capital is tied up and where service is at risk. Built for operators, not consultants.

The same way every time
-
We learn your operation first
Before anything gets built, we map how the work actually moves through your shop. The software gets built around that, not the other way around.
-
Fixed fee, defined scope
You know the price before we start. No per seat licenses, no surprise line items, no fees that climb every year.
-
You own the result
The software, the data, all of it. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you and keeps running.
Who you're dealing with
Karthik Alagugurusamy
I don't come from a software company. I started in corporate analytics, then spent years running low voltage and AV installation crews. I've been on the operations side of the desk, which is why the software gets built around the operation.
I build the systems myself and I stay on them. When you call, you get the person who wrote the code. Not an account manager. Not a ticket queue.
